These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of tryringmate.com and to communications from Ringmate ("Ringmate," "we," "us" or "our"), including our text messaging program. By using our website or opting in to receive text messages, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our services

Ringmate helps home service businesses respond to and book customer inquiries using call handling, text messaging, scheduling and related tools. The specific services, pricing and terms for paying clients are set out in a separate written agreement.

2. SMS / text messaging terms

Program name: Ringmate Notifications.

Program description: When you opt in on our website (for example, by checking a consent box on our demo request form) or otherwise give us consent, Ringmate will send you text messages about your inquiry or demo request, appointment confirmations and reminders, and customer support (customer care messages). If you separately opt in to marketing messages, we may also send occasional messages about our products, updates and offers.

  • Message frequency: varies based on your interactions with us.
  • Cost: message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
  • Opt out: you can cancel at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive text messages from us. To join again, opt in again on our website or reply START.
  • Help: reply HELP for help, or contact us at [email protected].
  • Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Consent: consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
  • Eligibility: you must be at least 18 years old and the account holder of the mobile number, or have the account holder's permission, to opt in.

3. Use of our website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation. Information on this website is provided for general purposes and may change without notice.

5. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Our website and communications are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ringmate is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or our text messaging program.

6. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use our website or receive messages after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
